Her experience spans pediatric emergency medicine, cardiovascular intensive care, remote triage, case management, and home health services, giving her a comprehensive understanding of patient care across the healthcare continuum. As a former Charge Nurse, she streamlined operations, mentored new nurses, and fostered a culture of continuous learning through educational initiatives.

Taylor has deep experience managing complex pediatric cases and leading multidisciplinary teams. She previously served as Assistant Director of Nursing at Senior Home Health Care, LLC, where she managed operations for a team of over 35 nurses and nursing assistants.

Taylor holds a compact North Carolina and California nursing license, with licensure in over 27 U.S. states and territories from her time as a travel nurse. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of North Carolina, Pembroke, and is pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at UNC Greensboro.
