Marjorie Telemaque

Marjorie Telemaque is Senior Director of Nursing Implementation & Execution at MedSync Corp, where she partners closely with clinical leadership to drive quality, onboarding, and operational excellence across the organization. With over 11 years of clinical nursing experience spanning emergency department care, case management, travel nursing across multiple EMR platforms, clinical education, and nursing leadership, Marjorie brings a deep, hands-on understanding of frontline care to her work in healthcare technology.

At MedSync, Marjorie leads Nurse Practitioner onboarding and credentialing, oversees the Gaps-in-Care documentation quality program, and manages key vendor integrations that support the organization's clinical operations infrastructure. She has built and scaled quality assurance frameworks, training programs, and performance systems that ensure MedSync's clinical teams deliver accurate, high-quality documentation and exceptional patient care.

Marjorie holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. She is a licensed Registered Nurse with a multistate Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) designation.

Marjorie lives in Concord, North Carolina, with her husband, children, and their blue merle Aussiedoodle.
