About

We are thrilled to welcome Taylor Brugger as our new Director of Nursing, bringing over seven years of exceptional healthcare experience and leadership to our team. 

Taylor brings a unique blend of hands-on clinical expertise and natural leadership skills developed across diverse healthcare specialties. Her experience spans pediatric emergency medicine, cardiovascular intensive care, remote triage, case management, and home health services, giving her a comprehensive understanding of patient care across the entire healthcare continuum. As a former Charge Nurse, she has excelled at streamlining operations, mentoring new nurses, and fostering a culture of continuous learning through educational initiatives.  

Taylor has proven expertise in managing complex pediatric cases and leading multidisciplinary teams. She previously served as Assistant Director of Nursing at Senior Home Health Care, LLC, where she successfully managed operations for a team of over 35 nurses and nursing assistants. 

Taylor holds a compact North Carolina and California nursing license with licensure in over 27 U.S. states and territories from her time as a travel nurse. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of North Carolina, Pembroke, and is currently pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at UNC Greensboro which she will complete in 2026. Her commitment to advancing healthcare delivery through innovation, education, and exceptional patient care makes her an ideal fit for our mission to transform healthcare through technology and compassionate nursing leadership.
