Throughout her career, Rhonda has built a reputation for aligning cross-functional teams, streamlining complex processes, and fostering long-term customer relationships that fuel growth and retention.

A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, most recently Rhonda spent the last 3 years implementing clients across multiple channels and before that she led large-scale operational transformations at Optum for 23 years, overseen project rollouts, and implemented robust quality frameworks that have significantly improved performance metrics and customer satisfaction. Prior to Optum she spent 5 years doing program management, coordinating charity events and projecting managing campaigns. Her ability to partner with leadership and operational teams to blend strategic vision with execution excellence makes them a trusted partner for both clients and internal stakeholders.
