With over 25 years in the healthcare industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge that expands across the healthcare continuum. She is a nurse by background and has an MHA in Healthcare Management. She spent over 15 years at Optum/UHC in a variety of executive leadership and growth roles including COO, VP of Quality, Chief Delivery Lead, Sr. Director of Case and Disease Management, Architect of the Clinically Integrated Delivery Model and VP of National Employer Sales.

Leann is looked to as an expert in the clinical and healthcare field and connects in a special way with members, as well as C-Suite executives she meets with daily. She has won awards in healthcare innovation and speaks to groups about pediatric and adult mental health as well as healthcare innovation and member experience. She leads with passion to make a difference in member’s lives and supports clients and patients by delivering a “best in class” experience.

Outside of work, Leann is a wife to her husband Lewis, a mom to four incredible grown children and a grandmother of two beautiful grandchildren. Leann serves at her church with the Children’s ministry group and at the crisis nursery. Helping members and families find the clinical and mental health solutions they need are Leann’s passion.
