Jack Frontczak

Jack Frontczak is a seasoned business development specialist and leader with 15 years of experience turning around underperforming organizations and designing effective Go-to-Market strategies.  With a background in laboratory medicine, Jack spent the early part of his career providing diagnostic solutions to health systems, labs and physician groups spanning 23 states.  Over time, his consistent ability to understand a client’s needs, deliver a creative solution, and establish a replicable sales and market strategy translated to a variety of leadership roles in biotech, integrated energy trading, healthcare BPO, SaaS and consulting organizations.

 

In numerous biotech companies, Jack would successfully lead sales teams into new markets with new products.  In integrated energy trading, Jack was responsible for connecting international buyers and sellers of crude, oil, gas and petroleum products whilst balancing regulatory, logistics and financial challenges.  In the healthcare BPO and SaaS settings, Jack would work with startup organizations to analyze their market, develop a strategy, secure channel partners, and drive adoption.  As an entrepreneur, Jack would build and participate in a number of healthcare consulting organizations and a reference laboratory.
