She began her career in healthcare as a licensed dental hygienist and elevated quickly into the clinical education space. Her contributions include authoring nationally published board preparation curricula and developing local anesthesia dosing guidelines tailored to state regulations across the U.S —resources still supporting dental students and providers today. 

Her career evolved into leadership roles within two start-up ventures—one grassroots and one in healthcare technology. As Chief of Staff at the latter, she played a critical role in shaping operations, implementation strategy, and account management processes. Her work spanned multiple departments, helping streamline systems and scale cross-functional teams. Supporting top executives in private companies gave her a strong foundation in hands-on leadership and organizational structure, equipping her to manage complex, multi-departmental functions.
